Hence we have decided to show Vegetarian Lovers the easiest way to develop delicious yummy vegetarian Burger Patty with Plant Based Ingredients, rich in Dietary Fibers, Proteins, Iron, Calcium, other Macro Nutrients, Minerals and Vitamins.

Recipe & How to Make it


It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare vegetarian burger patty using Banamin HealthyBhoj Green Banana Flour. The detailed recipe and steps have been shown below.


As this burger patty is just a basic version, there are many different varieties can develop by changing the other ingredients like different combinations of other veggies (like carrot, sweet potato, zucchini, cauli flower), beans, rice, corn, condiments, spices etc. So that one can never be bored consuming same dish everyday !!!



Recipe:


Banamin HealthyBhoj Green Banana Flour 55-60 gm

Soya Chunks 100 gm Onion 15-20 gm Garlic  10-12 gm Chili     10-12 gm Chili Powder 2-5 gm ( 1/2 - 1 tsp) Salt       5-7 gm (1 - 1 1/2 tsp) Yogurt  8-10 gm Water    10-15 ml

1. Soak soya chunks overnight 2. Cut the chunks through Mixer/blender  (cut until becomes medium size pieces - don't make paste) 3. Cut Onion, Garlic, Chili together in Mixer/blender (cut until becomes small size pieces - don't make paste) 4. Put Banamin HealthyBhoj Green Banan Flour, grated Soya Chunks, grated Onion + Garlic + Chili mix together in a bowl 5. Add Salt, Chili powder as per your taste 6. Add yogurt and water slowly and mix everything till desired softness achieved. Too much water may lead patties to soak lot of oil. Further, patties may break apart in pan. Hence water balance in this recipe is very important. If in case dough becomes too soft then add Banamin HealthyBhoj Green Banana Flour to reduce water content. 7. Make patties of desired shape 8. Keep patties for 10 minutes 9. Fry in the pan 10. Serve hot
